Healthcare marketing is different. Patients don't purchase products; they make decisions that affect their lives and their families. When we first began working with SALI, we identified an opportunity—not in the quality of care, but in how that care was being communicated digitally. Although SALI had world-class clinical expertise, international credibility, an ethical treatment philosophy, and exceptional patient outcomes, the digital ecosystem wasn't fully communicating that value. The result was a fragmented patient journey that created friction between awareness and trust. Rather than immediately launching campaigns, we began with an extensive discovery phase.
